About the role

Working in the People Transformation team as part of the Reporting & Analytics team, you will deliver large scale change to our Global business as well as supporting business as usual in terms of Reporting & Analytics team activities.

You will be responsible for

- Work with the Business Teams to understand the key problems or questions to answer and translate these in to robust people data requirements and a Reporting & Analytics Roadmap
- Working closely with the engineering team following Agile practises to document requirements and acceptance criteria to deliver our Reports, Dashboards and Analytics products to the business
- Coordinate with other Programme and Business Teams where required to deliver our backlog
- Create OTBI reports and be able to operate with confidence in the Oracle BI module
- Build strong stakeholder relationships 
- Work closely with our data team to ensure availability of data and agree roadmap for data availability
- Delivering quality reports, analyses and dashboards to the business that drives self service
- Having a positive, can-do attitude and a tireless energy to get things right for our colleagues
- Pro-actively growing my knowledge by understanding our products, Oracle BI, reporting platforms, data sources, understanding the needs of our stakeholders and contributing innovative solutions and ideas to problems.
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Taking responsibility for my own development and broadening my skills
 

You will need

- Oracle BI experience (creating reports/dashboards)
- Analysing and presenting data in a simple way for our stakeholders
- Product management experience and working on large scale Change programmes

Operational skills; 

• Ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and clear way
• Problem Solving and Analytical skills
• Understanding of reporting and analytics platforms
• Basic understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud & BI
• Strong understanding of our business
