You will be responsible for

  • Work with the Product Team to establish a strategic plan to deliver an improving customer offer.
  • Ensure plans and initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently and on time.
  • Manage and communicate the commercial reporting across Franchise performance.
  • Manage Franchisee and Core margins.
  • Manage and communicate the Franchise Trade plan.
  • Stakeholder manage (across One Stop) the Franchise strategy.
  • Work with the core Teams to ensure that all initiatives land right fist time.
  • Work with supply chain to deliver most optimal route to market.
  • Identify and route cause problems and provide solutions.
  • Have a personal development plan for behavioural and technical needs.
  • Manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers.

 

You will need

  • Experienced at stakeholder management across all work levels
  • Customer focused with analytical skills
  • Understand market conditions & future trends
