About the role

The Associate Product Manager will help build the vision for My Clubcard Account and deliver it across every country Tesco operates in. This is a particularly exciting time to join the team as we are at the front of Tesco’s global technology transformation, so we have executive sponsorship and substantial budget. The role spans the whole product lifecycle, works with our India based development team and may include travel to Ireland, Central Europe, or Asia.

  • Have accountability for features within a complex product domain, and help drive product strategy, roadmap and execution
  • Relentlessly seek to understand the needs and pains of my customers and business stakeholders
  • Work with my team and peers to develop shared, ambitious OKRs and hold ourselves accountable to these
  • Prioritise roadmaps with multiple optimisation criteria and decisively resolve trade-offs with peers and senior leaders
  • Proactively partner with peers and senior stakeholders to help set the future direction of my product as part of the wider business strategy
  • Contribute in capability and capacity planning for Product Management to provide clarity and stability
