You will be responsible for

During the 18 months, you’ll experience the diversity that our different stores, roles and departments offer and work your way up to become part of the Senior Management Team in store. You’ll do everything from leading and inspiring your colleagues in store, managing promotions and products and becoming a role model for great customer service.

You will have close relationships with all other graduates on the programme and you will work with them to develop a business project, giving you a well-rounded experience of the Tesco business.

You will need

  • At least a 2:2 degree in any subject.
